This project, in collaboration with Opulent Design Build, is a full transformation inside and out. A reimagined open-concept floor plan enhances flow and entertainment, while two large multi-slide doors at the back open up to expansive outdoor spaces, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living for a true coastal experience.

Not every home needs a full transformation, and this project is a perfect example. Blocked views and oversized columns will be addressed to modernize the design. Large sliding doors will open up the back of the home, and two bulky columns will be removed, with every detail carefully matched to the existing finishes.

Coastal properties come with unique challenges, requiring careful planning. In collaboration with Opulent Design Build, Bonstruct managed pre-construction and structural needs. The design features a vaulted ceiling to enhance space and frame the rear views, with selections ensuring lasting durability and timeless appeal.
